A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. If your appointment cannot be accommodated due to a late arrival, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. By booking an appointment, you authorize MaiBeautyyCo to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, or no-show fees. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in restrictions or refusal of future bookings. AFTER HOURS & SQUEEZE-INS Squeeze-in appointments during regular business hours are offered at no additional charge, when availability permits. However, appointments requested outside of my regular business hours or on my scheduled days off will incur a $20 after-hours fee in addition to the service total. All after-hours and day-off appointments are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
